【内容摘要】

工业化建筑与传统建筑节能对比分析

建筑业是国民经济发展的支柱产业,建筑节能也就成为全社会节能工作的一个重要方面,直接关系到国家资源战略和可持续发展战略的实施。本文首先建立建筑节能体系,研究建筑节能途径及其衡量指标,然后根据传统建筑和工业化建筑的能耗数据,将两者的节能水平进行对比分析。结果表明,我国传统建筑的节能水平同国外工业化建筑存在很大的差距,这些差距主要涉及到建筑热工性能、建筑节能标准与建筑节能技术等方面。文章最后对我国实现建筑节能提出了相关对策建议。

Comparative analysis of energy-saving about Industrialized buildings and Traditional buildings
Abstract
The construction industry is a pillar industry in national economic development, Building energy-saving which directly related to the implementation of the national resources strategy and the sustainable development strategy, has become an important aspect of energy-saving work in the whole society. this paper firstly constitutes a building energy-saving system, research building energy-saving ways and their measure. Then in accordance with traditional buildings and industrialized buildings’ energy consumption data, compares their energy-saving levels. The results suggest that there is a large gap between the energy-saving level of China's the traditional buildings and foreign industrialized buildings. These gaps mainly involve the building thermal performance, building energy-saving standards and building energy-saving technology. Finally, the paper brings forward the related countermeasures to us to achieve our building energy saving.
