商业住房楼工程项目商务投标文件设计
本设计所选课题是工程投标文件。以湖畔郦舍10号楼工程项目为对象，分析招标文件和工程特点。根据国家规定，并结合自身及对手的特点和优势，编制投标文件。
本设计以实际项目湖畔郦舍10号楼工程项目的投标为例，主要做了投标前的策略分析、投标文件的组成内容，投标文件的编制方法以及工程量清单计价方式下的投标报价的编制。建筑工程投标文件主要包括投标函及投标报价表。投标报价主要包括单位工程费汇总表、分部分项工程量清单计价表、措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表以及综合单价分析表等。

This design project bidding documents topic was chosen. Lishe lake in building No.10 for project bidding documents and object, analyses the features of the project. According to state regulations, combined with its and the features and advantages of the opponent, preparation of bid documents.
This design is based on the actual project Li shekels in lake in building No.10 project bidding for example, The major of bid before the strategies analysis, bidding documents, composed of bid documents content valuation method for preparation of and under the way of compiling tender quotation. Architectural engineering bidding documents, mainly including bidding letter, and the bid price list. Mainly include unit cost for the bid price quotation itemized summary, division BQ table, measures project list valuation table, other item list valuation tables and comprehensive unit price analysis table list, etc.
