中国电信广东分公司(以下简称广东电信),是广东省内主流的固定电话运营商,也是省内主要的网络、移动通信和各类信息服务的电信运营商。广东电信对转型业务的成功运营对于其保持持续发展,满足未来业务竞争需要,实现其向综合信息服务提供商转型的策略目标,具有重要的意义。
外部市场环境的变化为广东电信转型业务的发展提供了良好的市场空间,国内立法与政策的日益完善、经济的飞速发展、休闲娱乐的社会人文环境日益形成、技术的成熟,都将拉动客户对广东电信业务消费需求的日益提升,这对于广东电信转型业务的成功运营是一个很好的促进机会。
本文在分析了广东电信经营增值业务的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,和对各类转型业务进行了独立分析的基础上,根据广东电信提出的企业战略转型实施意见,将广东电信转型业务的竞争策略定位为:针对商业客户、个人客户为主的目标市场,以客户品牌统领各经营业务,抢占业务价值链上的优势环节。在业务运营策略上,面向转型及策略核心业务,集中资源打造6-8个业务品牌。从而体现综合服务的优势,和符合转型延展方向。在经营上根据不同客户需求及特点,以适当的组合套餐形式给予满足。通过客户品牌建设,实现客户市场新的细分格局;通过持续以客户为导向的品牌经营,实现客户关系的长期维系,提升客户与企业价值。
全文从广东电信企业转型的角度,研究业务在电信企业转型中的发展策略,并且结合自身优势进行的正确产品定位,并且根据定位进行行之有效的品牌推广等问题。

China Telecom Guangdong Branch is the main operator offer such as network, mobile communications and information services in Guangdong province. The success of the transformation of business operations for its sustained development in the future to meet the needs of business competition, and to achieve the strategic objectives become integrated information service provider, is very important.
The external change environment provides a good market for the Guangdong telecom.
