xx家族企业领导方式现存问题及改进研究

本文以中国古代的领导思想为基础，以领导的权变理论为依托，对中国家族企业领导现阶段所存在的问题进行深入的分析，并提出相应的革新建议。
本文总共分为四个部分。
第一部分着重介绍了中西方的领导思想。任何理论都是人们心目中的理想境界，现实生活中需要发现现状与理论的差距并极力缩短差距。
第二部分介绍了笔者所在的实习单位——深圳市深新隆实业有限公司的现状，以及其管理层的构成，为的是描述一下王先生的领导现状，同时介绍了王先生在管理层中不可动摇的领导地位。
第三部分以王先生的几个领导实例为依据，分析王先生领导方式的成功之处，以及现行领导方式的缺陷。
第四部分着重阐述了企业发展过程中理想的领导方式的匹配模式，笔者从深新隆的实际领导情况出发，对王先生的领导方式给出了具体的改进建议。
    通过对深新隆领导的研究，笔者发现，领导者应从自己公司的具体情况出发，对自己的领导方式进行改进，这是摆在中国家族企业领导者面前的普遍问题。

Abstract

Based on ancient Chinese leadership thinking as the foundation, the leadership of the contingency theory as the basis, China's leading family business at this stage there is the problem of in-depth analysis and the corresponding proposals for innovation.
This paper is divided into a total of four parts.
The first part focused on the leadership of Western thinking. Any theory is people consider to be the ideal state, real life needs of the status quo and found the gap between theory and tries to narrow the gap.
The second part of my internship where the units – Shen Xin Long Industries Limited's status quo, and the composition of its management, as the description on his leadership status, Mr. Wang also introduced China in the management of the unshakable leadership.
Mr. Wang to the third part of the several examples of leadership based on the analysis of Mr. Wang's leadership success and the current leadership deficiencies.
Part IV focuses on the enterprise development process leading to the ideal form of matching patterns, Starting from the new deep-lung of the actual situation of Mr. Wang's leadership style is a specific suggestions for improvement.
By the deep leadership of the Shen Xin Long , the authors found that the leadership of the company from its own specific conditions, his style of leadership to improve, and this is a family business in the Chinese leadership before the general problem.
