浅谈企业培训工作的问题与对策

人才是企业发展的决定性因素,拥有人才就拥有未来。而人才的培养需要企业的培训工作提升。因此企业在发掘、提升人才的过程中,更加重视对企业人才的培训工作。纵观大部分企业,“学习型组织”、“终身学习”等名词也渐渐成为企业打造自身文化和提升核心竞争力的重要概念。部分企业,甚至是大型金融企业,也会对员工每天一小训,三天一大训。可见企业的培训已经成为企业日程工作安排的重要部分。然而企业的培训工作也不是做得越多就越好,过多的培训反而会拖累企业的发展;过少的培训也不利于企业业务的开发。所以,如何做好企业的培训工作,成为摆在企业面前的重要工作。本文将对此作简要的探讨。
