行政机关能否顺利执法，关键还要看行政沟通是否顺畅。然而在我国行政机关的内外部，行政沟通的不畅或障碍在我国行政管理实践过程中已是一个较为突出的问题，既影响着信息的传达，更降低了信息的及时性、真实性和有效性，给问题的真实还原和行政效率的提高造成了障碍。所以，如何使行政沟通得以顺畅，成为我们行政执法中急切需要解决的问题。本文从多方面出发，简述我国行政沟通存在的问题，以及提出相应的对策。

Contemporary China, administrative organs of the great river north and south, countries throughout each transaction almost have administrative organs of the shadow, and people's life in the administrative authorities under the management, the administrative organs and people's life is the most intimate relations with the state organs. The characteristics of administrative authority determines the importance of administrative organs. Therefore, we should give full play to the administrative organs, ensuring the administrative law enforcement and smoothly. Administrative organs can be successfully, the key depends on the administrative enforcement of communication is smooth. But in China, the administrative organs and administrative communication impeded or obstacles in China's administrative practice process is a relatively prominent problems, which affects the information transmission, reduced the timeliness, authenticity and effectiveness of the real problem, to improve the administrative efficiency of reduction and a barrier. Therefore, how to keep smooth communication to the administrative, we become the administrative law enforcement in urgent need of solution. This paper, starting from the aspects of Chinese administrative communication problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
