民办职业学校教工绩效考核初探

【内容摘要】

近年来,我国职业教育得到了大力发展,但整体水平却差强人意,与社会经济的发展还不相适应。不少民办职业学校经过初期扩张,已具备相当的办学规模,但其重视硬件设施和大搞重金招生,轻忽教师队伍建设的畸形的办学定位,却成为其发展途中的一道瓶颈,不少学校甚至因此陷入了生存危机。

其间,虽亦曾有不少忧患之士乘势导入了绩效考核,但却终因种种现实障碍而多难以为继、甚至无果而终。
以战略的高度加强和完善人力资源管理工作,稳步导入绩效管理体系,大力宣导绩效考核的目的意义和必要性,周密部署、精心设计、有序有效地推进绩效考核工作,以激励教工的积极性和创造性,求得学校和教工的共同进步,这是民办职业学校步出困境,创办精品教育,实现可持续发展的根本大计。

the abstract recent years, our country vocational education obtained has developed vigorously, but overall level actually barely satisfactory, did not adapt with the social economy development.Many managed by the people vocational schools expand after the initial period, has had the suitable scale of study programs, but it takes the hardware facility and does on large scale the large sum of money recruitment of students, the careless and indiscreet teacher troop constructs the abnormal school localization, actually becomes an its development on the way bottleneck, therefore many schools even fell into the survival crisis.During, although also once had gentleman of the many misery to take advantage of a favorable situation inducted the achievements inspection, but but the end much was difficult to sustain actually because of all sorts of realistic barriers, even ends without any result. By the strategic high enhancement and the consummation human resources supervisory work, inducts the achievements management system with steady steps, vigorously the guidance achievements inspection goal significance and the necessity, the thorough deployment, the careful design, the order advance the achievements inspection work effectively, drove teachers and administration staff's enthusiasm and the creativity, obtain the school and teachers and administration staff's together progress, this is a managed by the people vocational school step difficult position, the origination high-quality goods education, realizes the sustainable development basic important matter.
