地方政府海外高层次人才引进政策研究——以mba市为例目前国际间的竞争是人才的竞争，而海外高层次人才则是站在世界先进科学和文化知识的载体。引进海外高层次人才是在短时间内拥有一批全球一流人才的重要途径，也是我国适应国际竞争，提高我国竞争力的重要手段。本文采取文献研究法、比较研究法、案例研究法、专家咨询等方法，通过研究mba市引进海外高层次人才政策的演变和调整，并深入分析竞争视野下的海外高层次人才引进政策及问题，为地方政府在海外高层次人才政策方面的提供借鉴 【关键词】地方政府；海外高层次人才；引进 At present international competition is talent competition, and high-level overseas talent is the carrier of advanced scientific and cultural knowledge. The introduction of Introduce overseas high-level talent is a major way to has a group of global top talents in a short period of time, also it is our country to adapt to international competition and improve the competitiveness of our country's important means.
