【内容摘要】

人力资源激励问题一直是企业的一个相当复杂的现实难题。当前我国企业人力资源激励无论是在体系的完整性方面,还是在手段的科学性方面离市场竞争及现代企业制度的要求都有着较大的差距。现代企业人力资源管理的精髓是“战略性激励”,即以“战略性”为导向,将管理激励与制度激励有机整合为完整的激励体系和运作机制,权变运用激励方式以保证激励的有效性。

Abstracts
HR incentive issue has always been a very complicated business of real challenges.China's current enterprise human resource incentives, whether in the integrity of the system, or in terms of scientific instruments from the market competition and the requirements of modern enterprise system all have large gaps.Modern enterprise human resource management is the essence of "strategic incentives," that is "strategic" as the guidance, the management incentive and institutional incentives for the integrity of the organic integration of the incentive system and operating mechanism, contingent use of incentives in order to ensure the effectiveness of incentives.
