大学生英语自主学习能力培养中的元认知策略研究

近年来,英语专业学生的被动性与依赖性极大地阻碍了大学英语教学的发展。自主学习能力的培养引起了研究者越来越多的关注。同时,认知心理学和教育心理学的研究成果为自主学习理论的发展提供了有力的支持,其中,元认知及其相关概念被认为是主导自主性和自主学习的根本所在。本文介绍了元认知与自主学习的概念及相互关系,试图将元认知策略训练融入中国大学英语教学以培养学生的学习自主性,探讨元认知策略培训对自主学习的影响。最后对研究做出总结,希望此研究引起学生对元认知策略和自主学习的重视。

Abstract
In recent years, the passiveness and dependence of English majors in their language learning have greatly hindered college English teaching in China. Training learners to be autonomous has become an important issue of language research. At the same time, research fruit from the field of cognitive psychology and educational psychology provides strong support to the development of autonomous learning theory, among which metacognition and correlative concepts are considered the foundation of what dominates learning autonomy and autonomous behaviors. The paper gives the definitions and theories of learning autonomy and metacognition as well as their relationships. It tries to combine metacognitive strategies training with college education so as to develop students’ learning autonomy. At last it makes conclusion of the research that students will pay more attention to metacognitive strategies and learning autonomy.
