基于企业文化的新员工培训

本文以苏宁公司目前围绕企业文化所开展的新员工培训为切入点，通过其实施情况的成功与不足，详细讨论了目前形势下如何开展基于企业文化的新员工入职培训，并从新员工培训的内容、组织、形式三方面入手，指出了围绕企业文化组织开展新员工培训的基本流程，并归纳了一些基于企业文化的新员工培训的培训规划和实施方法的注意事项。

Abstract
This paper to su ning company around the enterprise culture in new employee training as the breakthrough point, through the implementation of the success and shortcomings, and discussed how to carry out the present situation based on enterprise culture of new hires training, and new staff training content, organization, form three aspects, points out the enterprise culture around the organization carries out the basic process of new staff training, and includes some based on enterprise culture of new staff training training plans and implementation method of the matters needing attention.
