Abstract
This paper to su ning company around the enterprise culture in new employee training as the breakthrough point, through the implementation of the success and shortcomings, and discussed how to carry out the present situation based on enterprise culture of new hires training, and new staff training content, organization, form three aspects, points out the enterprise culture around the organization carries out the basic process of new staff training, and includes some based on enterprise culture of new staff training training plans and implementation method of the matters needing attention.
