民营企业人员流失问题的原因及对策分析——以广东mba汽车有限公司为例

随着人才竞争日益激烈，很多企业经营者开始认识到人才在企业发展过程中的关键作用，同时，人员流失成为当下企业人力资源部门越来越关注的问题，尤其是民营企业，其人才流失率甚至已经接近50%~70%，这远远超过了正常人才流失率，此现象所造成的人才危机很可能对企业未来的发展造成致命的威胁。本文以广东mba汽车有限公司为例，通过介绍民营企业的基本概况，对其基本情况及其用人机制加以阐述，并结合公司人员流失的现状及其各品牌事业部人员流失状况对民营企业人员流失问题的现状做出了分析，再以广东mba汽车有限公司为例分析了我国民营企业人员流失问题的原因，之后结合实际情况，从建立科学的考核和激励制度、对员工进行科学的职业生涯设计、把握人力资源获取环节及增加员工安全感等方面综合探讨了民营企业在解决人员流失问题上所应采取的改进措施。
