广东mba汽车有限公司员工培训存在的问题及对策研究


企业员工的培训是现代企业管理的重要环节,对企业自身培养高素质的人才,使工作效率提高,成本降低,提高企业对人才的吸引力意义重大。本文以广东mba汽车有限公司为例,分析汽车销售行业的前景及员工培训的重要性,通过对公司现行的人力资源培训的政策、培训形式、培训内容的调查,了解了公司员工特点及培训现状,在此基础上分析出企业在员工培训这个环节中存在管理者对员工培训工作不够重视,缺乏科学、合理的员工培训制度,培训时间安排不合理,缺乏对培训效果的考核等方面的问题。最后,针对出现的问题提出提高企业管理者对员工培训工作的重视度,建立和完善科学合理的员工培训制度,依据实际需要合理的确定培训时间,加强培训效果的评估,提高员工培训的积极性等对策建议。

Training of employees is an important part of modern business management, and train high quality personnel for the enterprises themselves, so that work efficiency, reduce costs, improve the significance of corporate attraction of talent. Shaanxi China for example, analysis of the prospects of the automotive sales industry and the importance of staff training, the policy of the company's existing human resources training, training forms, training survey, to understand the characteristics and training status of employees on this basis, analyze the companies in this part of staff training to managers not pay enough attention to staff training, lack of scientific and reasonable system of staff training, training schedule is unreasonable, the lack of assessment of training effectiveness issues. Finally, for the problems to the attention of business managers on staff training, establish and improve the scientific and rational system of staff training, based on actual needs to determine the training time to strengthen the assessment of the effectiveness of training, improve staff training suggestions.
