近几年来,人力资源不再像过去那样被当作一种成本,而作为一种重要资源越来越被企业重视。激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要方法已经被越来越多的企业运用。

文中就有关激励的一般性问题做了阐述,总结了企业中常用的激励方法和使用激励时存在的一些问题。

Abstract :In last few years, manpower resource no longer picture has been so regarded as a kind of cost in the past, and as a kind of important resource, is more and more paid attention to by enterprise. Encouragement is already utilized as a important method of developing and managing manpower resource by more and more enterprises. In writing, the generality problem for relevant encouragement makes elaboration, have summarized the general encouragement method in enterprise and some problems of using the existence in encouragement.
