                 Abstract
At present, China's retail chain enterprises in developing relations with foreign countries there is still a wide gap, especially in the supermarket chain's human resources management, the prevalence of the irrational structure, the overall quality of the low as well as the serious brain drain and so on. How to do a good job of science supermarket chains of human resources development and management, has become its focus on resolving the problems and bottlenecks. In a market economy conditions, the supermarket chain store business, whether the choice of the introduction of technology and equipment, merchandise development and sales, strategies and systems should be developed, need to be done through people. In these modern management theories and models, human resource management is an important element of the. Therefore, supermarket chains in order to win in the competition, we must build suitable for modern supermarket chains operating characteristics of human resource management model so that supermarket chains in the individuals and organizations to maximize the potential, so that their talent was fully utilized.
    In this paper, the supermarket chain at the present stage of human resources problems, supermarket chains of human resources management objectives and content of the new theory of modern human resources development and modern human resource management on four aspects of chain supermarkets revelation of human resources management, analysis, and suggested a solution supermarket chains efficient management recommendations and development strategies.
