浅析利君公司对360度绩效评估方法的运用

本文是对360度绩效评估方法在实际应用中的简单分析,针对的对象是管理人员的绩效,即由上级、下级、同级全方位地对管理者进行评估,

包括有任务绩效、管理成效、工作行为三方面构成的管理人员绩效评估。在这里通过全方位的评估加上新的方法搭配为企业管理评估带来新的理念。

360 performance appraisal in Lijun company

ABSTRCT: The article utilizes performance appraisal for managers, which is very important  in human resource management. From many companies’ performance appraisal, we can see that we have not got a special performance appraisal for managers, which different from that for all stuffs. The managers do not have the work behavior, task performance only, they also get managerial performance, and so on. So I pick Lijun company for example to show a system of performance appraisal for managers. In the process, we can see the method, 360 performance appraisal has its own shortages, and how did Lijun deal with the problems. Lijun did not have its managers’ performance appraisal, so I made a new model in base of its performance appraisal for stuffs. Also, the idea of managers’ performance appraisal consisting of task performance, managerial performance and work behavior was discussed in this article.
