用薪酬战略优化企业战略及人力资源管理

【内容摘要】

一个企业想要将指导战略落到实处,就必须坚持以人为本,以发挥员工最大效能为出发点。这样,就决定了企业必须要有一个科学、高效的人力资源管理方针。

而适当的薪酬战略,就是将企业发展规划与其员工的能动性有机的结合起来,设计适合企业的薪酬制度,发挥企业人力资源优势,推动企业规范、高效的运转。

 

 

 

 

 

 


Optimize the Corporation Strategy and the Human Resource Management with the Emolument Strategy

Abstracts: If a corporation wants to run its strategy well, it must be based on humans, focus on the key point--- to give free rein to its staff. So, it requires the corporation must have a scientific and efficient human resource management. Besides this, it must have a suitable emolument strategy which can connected the developing plan of the corporation with its staff perfectly, and build a suitable emolument system, to optimize its human resource management, and promote the corporation a normative and efficient development.
