民营互联网企业管理者胜任力模型构建

【内容摘要】

民营互联网企业管理者胜任力模型构建
胜任力模型目前被广泛用于各类企业人事选拔评价、培训需求分析。本研究在运用关键行为事件访谈法、总结国内外有关文献的基础上, 编制了民营互联网企业领导者胜任力模型调查问卷, 并使用此问卷调查了 230 名民营互联网企业管理者, 采用探索性因素分析构建了民营互联网企业管理者胜任力模型。结果得出,民营互联网企业管理者胜任力模型由个性特征、自我意识、成就动机、分析决策能力、培养员工、自我效能、战略规划能力、沟通能力、创新能力、管理技能、信息建设能力、知识经验储备共 13个维度构成,共解释方差变异的67.204%。问卷的项目区分度、信度和效度均达到了统计学要求的较好水平。

Private Internet companies leader competency model
Abstract:  Competency models are widely used in the evaluation of corporate
personnel selection, training needs analysis. In this study, the use of the behavioral event interview, summarize the relevant literature at home and abroad on the basis of the preparation of a private Internet companies leader competency model
 questionnaire and use of this questionnaire survey of 230 managers, the use of factor analysis to explore how to construct a competence model. Competency model results
obtained, the managers of private Internet companies by personality traits, self-
awareness, achievement motivation, analysis of the decision-making ability, training
 employees, self-efficacy, strategic planning capabilities, communication skills, innovation, management skills, information, capacity-building, knowledge the
experience reserve of a total of 13 dimensions, a total of 67.204% of the variation
 of the explained variance. Questionnaire item discrimination, reliability and validity
 have reached a better level of statistical requirements.
