试论企业人才流失的原因及应对策略


近年来随着企业改革的发展,企业中各类人才流失的现象愈演愈烈。人才流失会给在职员工带来心理压力、削弱企业的竞争力,增加企业的重置成本,也会影响企业的发展。因此,笔者试从企业和员工两个层面剖析企业人才流失的原因,从人力资源管理模式、企业文化、人力资源投资、绩效考核、薪酬福利、激励机制、人才环境、福利保障、职业生涯、预警机制等角度阐述相关的应对策略。

On the brain drain causes and coping strategies
Abstract In recent years, with the development of the enterprise reform, enterprise in the loss of the of all kinds talent phenomenon intensified. The brain drain to the employees will bring the psychological pressure, weaken the competitiveness of the enterprises, and increase enterprise replacement cost, also can affect the development of the enterprise. Therefore, the author tries to enterprise and employee two stratification analysis enterprise personnel the reasons for the loss, from human resources management pattern, the enterprise culture, investment in human resources, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, incentive mechanism, talent environment, welfare safeguard, career, early warning mechanism and so on the aspects related strategies.
