浅析当前我国就业性别歧视现状

近年来，随着经济的快速发展，竞争的日趋激烈，我国劳动力市场上的性别歧视现象也越来越严重。受女性自身传统文化因素，现代负面舆论等的影响，目前，我国就业中的性别歧视主要表现在雇佣，薪资报酬和职位晋升这三方面。在我国这样一个将男女平等作为基本国策之一的社会主义国家，存在这种性别歧视现状无疑于经济还是文化的发展都是极其不利的。本文基于当前就业性别歧视存在的现状及其所带来的种种影响，分别从立法执法，教育投资及就业者自身等方面给出了相应对策。

Analysis of gender discrimination in employment status
 
Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the competition becomes more intense, on gender discrimination in the labormarket in China is more and more serious. By the women themselves, traditional cultural factors, negative public opinion, sex discrimination in employment in China is mainly in the promotion of employment, salary compensation and job three. In our country a socialist country of gender equality as one of the basic national policy, there is this gender discrimination status quo is no doubt extremely unfavorable economic or cultural development. Based on the current status quo of gender discrimination in employment exists and implications of, respectively, from the enforcement of legislation, investment in education and employment themselves regard is given the appropriate countermeasures
