国航工程技术公司成都维修基地的员工培训

【内容摘要】

随着市场经济的发展,企业之间的竞争已越来越表现为员工素质的竞争和学习能力的竞争。培训作为人力资源开发的重点,对员工知识、技能与态度的更新和提高,以及创造力与创新精神的发掘和培养方面发挥着重要作用。

企业为了造就高素质员工不惜代价培训,然而其培训效果不明显,或者培训的收益存在差距,这已成为企业的一大难道。作为国航股份工程技术分公司下属的成都维修基地,在日前维修市场面临竞争日趋激烈,如何提高员工素质,从而向素质要效益,向管理要利润也早已摆上基地管理者的议案。大部分在职员工也认识到,培训是提升自我竞争力的手段之一,是丰富自我内涵的必要过程,因而对培训的要求也与日俱增。现在,不仅仅是管理者,包括所有员工都感到培训迫切的需求,认识到培训个人、企业发展和竞争的必要选择,是实现持续进步重要条件中必不可少的一环。

Abstract
Along with the market economy development, between enterprise’s competition has more and more displayed for the staff quality competition and the learning capability competition。Training took the human resources development the key point , to the staff knowledge, the skill and the manner renewal and the enhancement, as well as aspects and so on creativity and innovation spirit excavating and raise is playing the vital role。 The enterprise in order to accomplish the high quality staff to do not hesitate the price to do training。 Howbeit its training effect is not obvious, or the training income existence disparity, this has become the enterprise a big difficult problem. Air china technology company Chengdu Maintenance base in services the competition which above the market is near to be day by day intense, how improves the staff quality ,thus wants the benefit to the quality, wanted the profit to the management also early to display the base superintendent’s bill .Many in-service staffs also day by day realized .training promotes one of self-competitive power methods ,enriches own connotation essential process, thus also grows day by day to the training request and the call .Now ,is not merely the superintendent , including all staffs all felt to trains the urgent demand , realized to trains individual and the enterprise development and the competition inevitably choice , is the realization progresses continually in the important condition an essential link.
