民航机务维修企业的EAP建立

文中,笔者试图通过分析和研究EAP的历史和在中国的发展状况,从组织发展的角度找到民航机务维修企业EAP发展的突破口,从健康型组织建设的角度,来探索与EAP服务的相关问题。

最后,作者提出了民航机务维修企业实施EAP的几点建议。

Abstracts
Recent years, along with more and more work and strict safty standards , the pressure on the employees of CAAC maintenance enterprises is more obverse. To help the employees dealing with this problem and to help the enterprise improve the performance, EAP (Employee Assistance Program) has been brought into and began to implyment.
EAP is an important step to healthy organization, which helps the managers to issue of stress, adjust labor relationship and adopt management innovation.It must be implemented according to cultural and management backgrounds.
In this essay, the author tries to find the way to establish and improve EAP in CAAC maintenance enterprises according analyse the history of development of EAP in China. At the same time, studies are needed to explore the appropriate approaches to healthy organization so as to deal with problems in the particular transition period.
