试论民营企业人才流失的现状、原因及对策

在21世纪,企业与企业之间的竞争归根到底还是人才的竞争。选人、育人、用人、留人是一个企业在竞争中取胜的关键所在,也是一个企业形成自己核心竞争力的必要基础。

而现阶段,我国民营企业人才流失现象问题严重,民营企业中中高层管理人员和科技人员的工作年限相对缩短,这已经成为民营企业发展壮大的普遍障碍。本文试探从民营企业人才流失的现状,从现状追溯根源,并就根源从体制、流程、文化等方面 找到相应的对策。

Abstract
In the 21st century, the competition among enterprises in the final analysis, or talent competition. Selecting, education, employment, and ways of keeping talent in the enterprise is a key to winning the competition, is also a form their own core competitiveness of enterprises of the necessary foundations.
