Interpretation of the  Labor contract law to enhance the level of human resources management
Abstract:It is of challenge and opportunity for the corporate to implement Labour Contract Law. Based on the labour right protection,The Labour Contract Law raises a series of serious standards and regulations which promote the corporate to change their concept of human resource management. The roadmap of the corporate’s development should be transferred from the level of competition depending on low-labour cost to that of competition depending on corporate innovation capability by establishing harmonious relationship of labour and capital in order to put The Labour Contract Law into practice in a softlanding way.
