浅析当前农村土地流转问题

农村土地流转是农业可持续发展的客观要求，也是化解“三农”难题的有效途径。虽然《农村土地承包法》和《物权法》构建了农村土地制度的基本框架，使农村土地承包经营权得到一定程度的法律保障，但是依旧存在着诸多缺陷。本文对现阶段农村土地流转的现状和存在的问题进行深入分析，并提出一些对策，希望能对建立健全农村土地流转制度有所助益。

The current issue of Rural Land

Abstract: • Rural land is the objective requirement of sustainable development of agriculture, but also resolve the "three rural" problem of the effective way. Although the "Rural Land Contract Law" and "property law" constructed the basic framework of the rural land system, the rural land contract and management rights to a certain degree of legal protection, but still there are many defects. In this paper, current status and Rural Land-depth analysis of existing problems and proposed some measures, hoping to establish a sound rural land transfer system helpful.
