我国行政权力腐败的特点、成因及治理对策

行政权力腐败是一个全球性问题，已经腐蚀到社会生活的方方面面，给整个社会生活带来了严重的危害和影响，造成官民关系紧张、政府公信力下降、社会管理和经济发展的混乱。它产生的原因主要在于社会转型带来控制松弛、价值观念的扭曲、社会与司法制度的疏漏、对部分领导干部选拔不准、管理不严和教育不够等。必须采取釜底抽薪、斩断衍生腐败的源头和治本治标、打击衍生腐败与追索其原生腐败并重的方法，以预防和根治权力腐败，防治腐败的关键在于发展党内民主,加强对权力的有效监督。

Administrative power corruption of our country characteristic, causes and Countermeasures
 
Abstract：The corruption of administrative power is a global problem, has eroded into every aspect of social life, to the whole social life has brought serious harm and influence, caused tensions, the credibility of the government officials and the people down, social management and economic development disorder. It produces the reason mainly lies in the social transformation brings control relaxation, values, social distortion and judiciary oversight, on the part of leadership cadre selection, not lax management and education. We must take a fundamental solution, cut off the source of the corruption and temporary solution derived, combat corruption and recourse to its native corruption derivation ways, to prevent and cure corruption, corruption prevention and control is the key to the development of democracy within the party, strengthen the effective supervision over power.
