中国教育公平问题及对策研究 在我国教育既是法律规定的公民的权利和义务，也是很多人得以改变自身命运的途径，因此教育公平问题在我国一定要引起足够的重视。教育是国家发展的基石，教育公平是社会公平的重要组成部分，是实现社会公平的起点和最有力的支撑。在构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下，教育公平对十促进社会的稳定和发展以及社会成员的自身利益具有极为重要的作用。教育公平作为社会公正和谐发展在教育领域 的独特延伸，对教育公平的理念追求和制度规整必将成为和谐社会建设的基本公平保障,和谐社会视野下的教育公平是教育发展中的一个热点问题。本文以东西部之间、城乡之间、城市之间、城市校际间义务教育差异为重点，指出城乡义务教育阶段以及高等教育阶段中公民履行的权利和获得的权利不对等，城乡教育资源配置不平等以及城市与城市间，同一城市校际间的教育不平等，并指出了解决问题的方法。 关键词：教育公平；义务教育；制度改革 Abstract Education is both law in our country the rights and responsibilities of citizenship, it is also a lot of people to change the fate of its own way, so education fairness in our country is of great significance.
