民营企业人力资源管理激励机制问题研究人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,是企业发展最关键的因素,人力资源的开发与管理因此也越来越为企业所重视,已成为现代企业管理的核心内容,在人力资源管理的众多内容中,实施有效的激励机制已日趋受到关注。通过员工激励机制来提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今我国民营企业的必然选择。企业实行激励机制最根本的目的在于正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度。由此可以说,激励机制运用的好坏一定程度上决定企业的兴衰。 因此,建立起一套适合企业需求的激励机制,使人力资源的功能得到最大程度的发挥,就成为企业谋求生存与发展的必然选择,如何运用好激励机制也就成为各个企业面临的一个十分重要的问题。民营企业激励机制在绩效管理和薪酬管理方面存在一定的问题,例如考核体系过于复杂,管理模式过于传统,薪酬结构失衡,缺乏沟通等,这些问题严重影响了民营企业激励机制的良好运行。对此,企业应适当改善绩效管理以及薪酬管理的模式以起到更好的激励效果。本文综合使用文献研究法以及调查法,从人力资源管理中的绩效管理,薪酬管理两个具体环节对民营企业人力资源管理员工激励机制的现状以及存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,并进而根据问题剖析提出了具体的改善方案。 关键词:民营企业 ;激励机制;绩效管理;薪酬管理 Abstract Modern enterprises human resources are the strategic resources,human resource development and management is becoming more and more important for the business and has become the core of the modern enterprise management. In the content of the implementation of effective mechanisms,human resources have got more attention. Adopting effective staff motivational mechanism to improve enterprise's kernel competitive power has become the inevitable choice in private enterprise.The aim of enterprises' encouragement mechanisms is to properly guide the staff so that they can achieve their goals of the organization and their own needs and increase their satisfaction. It can be said that inspire mechanism is influencing the enterprises' prosperity. Therefore, it has become an inevitable choice to establish the mechanism for the needs of the human resource capabilities for maximum use, for survival and development. It will be a very important issue of every enterprise how to use the morale of the mechanism well. There are some problems in Private enterprise’ performance management and Salary management.For example, evaluation system is too complicated, the management is too traditional,and the salary structure is imbalance and is lack of communication and so on.These problems seriously affected the incentives of private enterprises. At this point,enterprises should improve the performance management and the Salary management to get better results.this article is trying to gave new ways to encourage workers and put forward the specific improvement schemes from two aspects :the human resources management of performance management and salary management, by using the way of documentation and questionnaire comprehensively.
