企业实施E-learning培训的问题研究 当今世界,知识经济的浪潮席卷而来,企业要想在激烈的竞争中获得一席之地,人力资源的重要性无疑是第一位的。增加对人力资源的投资成为企业界的共识。众所周知,培训是企业生存发展的需要,是提高管理效能的重要手段,是成为吸引、留住人才的关键,有助于营造企业文化,建立和提高企业核心竞争力。而互联网的普及使培训也了革命性的变化。E-learning(网络培训)这一数字化学习方式正是借助网络应用的热潮在企业培训市场占据了广阔的生长空间。 随着网络科技的发展,E-learning已逐步跃上时代的浪尖,成为各大企业开展员工培训的重要方式。本文通过综合分析的方法,阐述了E-learning的发展现状、优势,以及存在的诸多问题。针对这些问题进行一系列深刻的探索,提出了合理有效的解决方案。从总体来看,首先企业要积极引入E-learning培训平台;其次,结合自身特点选择合理有效的教学方案;最后就是要采取有效措施加强员工学习培训的成效,使E-learning真正起到应有的作用。E-learning与企业实体培训的虚实结合,将成为21世纪企业培训的重要方式。 关键词:E-learning;培训;实施战略 Abstract In the knowledge-economy era, in order to gain a foothold in the intense competition, enterprise should pay more attention to the importance of the human resources. Therefore, by increasing the investment in human resources to obtain the maximum profits gradually become the consensus of entrepreneurs. As is known to all, training is not only useful for the enterprise’ survival and development, but also powerful for improving the management efficiency. It becomes the key to attract and retain the talents. What’s more, it is benefit for creating enterprise culture, establishing and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise. While the spread of the Internet makes the training produce a revolutionary change, so E-learning, the digital learning way, has occupied a wide growth space in enterprise training market. Along with the development of network technology, E-learning is becoming more and more popular and the important way for big enterprises to train their staff. This paper summarizes the development situation of E-learning, expounds the advantages and the existing problems in it. Aiming at these problems, the author puts forward rational and effective solutions after experiencing a series of profound exploration. In general, firstly enterprise should introduce E-learning training platform; secondly choose reasonable and effective teaching scheme through combining their own characteristics; finally take effective measures to strengthen the training results of their employee. Only in this way, can we enable E-learning play an active role in the enterprise management. The combination of E-learning and enterprise entity training will be the significant way for enterprise training in 21st century. Key Words: E – learning;Training;Implement Strategy
