现阶段我国青年志愿服务问题研究

青年志愿服务，自20世纪90年代以来，始终秉承着“奉献、友爱、互助、进步"的志愿精神。致力于救灾抢险、扶贫开发、环境保护、大型活动等公益事业。
本文以《现阶段我国青年志愿服务问题研究》为题，阐述了中国青年志愿者的产生、发展概况和社会影响。立足于青年志愿服务的主要职能和基本特点，积极探讨了中国青年志愿服务当今存在的问题，并对青年志愿服务的发展提供了对策和建议。
近年来，青年志愿服务工作已取得了许多成就，但目前还存在着社会支持率不高、服务形式单一、资金缺乏等问题。为了更好地适应社会主义和谐社会发展的内在要求，青年志愿服务的深入发展呼唤着服务主体、服务方式、服务领域及机制等方面的创新研究。我们要呼吁社会更加关心青年志愿服务的发展。

Abstract
                                           
Since the 1990 s, the youth voluntary service always upholds the volunteer spirit of “dedication, love, mutual aid, progress”. And it’s committed to public welfare undertakings such as emergency rescue and disaster relief, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, large-scale activities etc.
  This paper is based on the subject of China youth voluntary service problems research at the present stage. It elaborated the Chinese youth volunteers’ generation, development and social influence. Based on the youth voluntary service main function and basic characteristics, it explored the Chinese youth's voluntary service in today's problems, and offered countermeasures and proposals of the development of youth voluntary service.
  In recent years, the youth voluntary service has achieved a lot. But at present, there are also some problems such as low rate of social support, single service form, lack of funds and so on. In order to adapt to the development of socialist harmonious society's intrinsic request, the further development of youth voluntary service calls for innovation research of the service main body, service pattern, service areas and system. And we should appeal to the society to pay more attention to the development of youth voluntary service.
