电子商务对我国中小企业国际贸易的影响


随着网络的发展, 电子商务正在世界各地广泛运用开来。 电子商务在国际贸易方面的运用有着传统方式不可比拟的优势。在我国加入WTO以后, 我国国际贸易的技术也面临的众多的挑战和机遇。
本论文介绍电子商务为中小企业提供了一个全新的商务平台,是促进经济增长和全球发展的潜在的发动机.本文分析了电子商务环境下中小企业面临的机遇和挑战,分析了当前影响中小企业电子商务发展的主要障碍和困难,提出了促进中小企业电子商务发展的行动计划.本文认为,中小企业应从强化内部和外部电子商务环境,选择企业安全网络模型, 依靠政府扶持和完善安全的信息化网络创建人才培养新模型,发挥中小企业电子商务优势, 为中小企业切实走向国际化创造条件.

E-commerce effects on international trade for China’s medium and small size enterprise

Abstract
 
With the development of Internet, electronic commerce is expanding all over the world. Application of e–commerce in international trade would provide the competitive superiority over traditional trade. After entry into WTO, there are many opportunities and challenges to China’s international trade with the technologies of international E-commerce.
This paper introduces that the e-commerce create a new opportunity for small and medium enterprises to promote the development of economy and society. This paper analyzes under e-commerce, the chances and difficulties which small and medium sized enterprises are faced with. And it also gives the plan that increase the e-commerce development of China’s medium and small size enterprises. In author’s opinion, small and medium sized enterprises should emphasize internal and external e-commerce environment, chose safety website system, enlarge the talented people in e-commerce for small and medium sized people, help government complete the information system. Taking the advantages of e-commerce and the small and medium enterprises may take to part into the international competition.
