【内容摘要】

主管与员工交换(LMX)对员工建言行为的影响及其作用

在当今竞争日益激烈的商业环境中, 员工的创新性想法和建议对组织的生存和发展而言就显得尤为重要。本研究采用问卷调查法, 以珠三角地区企业的员工为研究对象, 考察领导——部属交换对员工建言行为的影响及其作用机制。分析结果表明: 领导——部属交换对员工建言行为有显著的正向影响;心理安全在领导——部属交换与建言行为之间起到部分中介作用。文章讨论了研究结果并对未来研究做了展望。

How Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) Impacts on Voice Behavior:the Mediating Mechanisms of PsychologicaI Safety
 
【Abstract】In today's increasingly competitive business environment, the staff's innovative ideas and suggestions on the organization's survival and development are particularly important. This research,  basing on a questionnaire survey, examed the corporate staff of the Pearl River Delta region to investigate leader-member exchange and its mechanism on the staff voice behavior. The results show that: leader-member exchange has a significant positive impact on staff voice behavior; psychological safety plays the part of the mediating role between the leader-member exchange and voice behavior. This article has discussed the findings and put forward.the future reseach..
