mba软件公司员工离职问题调查研究
员工离职虽是一种普遍现象,但是如果员工离职率过高,将会给企业带来诸多不利影响,阻碍企业的发展。在知识经济时代,企业间的竞争实质上是依靠人才的竞争,所以企业最为承受不起的就是人才的流失。mba软件公司在2012年11月15日至2013年1月3日期间的离职率较高。本文的研究为了尽可能更加客观地分析mba软件公司员工离职原因,研究过程主要采用数据整理法、访谈法和观察法三种方法结合。通过整理mba软件公司此期间离职员工的相关数据信息,包括各部门离职员工加班频率、离职员工服务年限、离职员工岗位等级及离职员工年龄结构等,结合访谈法和观察法所得信息,根据公司的实际情况,分析员工离职原因,并有针对性地提出一些应对措施。期望有助于降低离职率,为企业稳住和保留人才。

【Abstract 】 Though employee turnover is a common phenomenon, it will bring enterprise many adverse effects and hinder the development of the enterprise if employee turnover rate is too high. In the knowledge economy era, the competition between enterprises is essentially relying on talents competition. As a result, what the most of the enterprise cannot afford is the loss of talent. The turnover rate of Wan Xing software Corporation , Ltd. in Shenzhen is higher than before during November 15, 2011 to January 3, 2012. As close as possible to analyze more objectively, the research process mainly uses the data sorting method, interviews and observation methods. The thesis is based on the information of leaving employees of Wan Xing software Corporation, Ltd. in Shenzhen, which include overtime of leaving employees from various departments, service life of leaving employees, post grades of leaving employees and age structure of leaving employees, combined with income information from interviews and observation. According to the practical situation of employee turnover, the study analyzes reasons for employee turnover, and thereafter puts forward some countermeasures making pointed references. Look forward to helping reduce turnover rate, steadying and retaining talents for the enterprise.
