浅谈中小企业的人才激励机制

力资源是知识经济时代的“第一资源”。在中国,为数众多中小企业要在错综复杂的经济竞争环境中获得成长和发展,关键在于人才的运用和管理。

面对自身条件的限制,中小企业要发挥人力资源管理“吸引人,激励人,留住人,发展人”的核心功能,构建科学有效的人才激励机制是其迫切需要完成的任务。本文通过对中小企业人才管理危机的分析,根据中小企业的特点,比较系统地阐释了如何建立有效的人才激励机制。

[Summary] The human resource is the " the first resources" of the knowledge-based economy ages. In China, numbers of the small business enterprises need consisting in the talented person's application and management to grow and develop in complex competitive economy environment. Limited by their characteristics, the small business enterprises need to set up a scientific、valid encouraging mechanism for talented person, so that to amplify the main functions of human resource management such as" draw on the person, encourage the person, keep the person, develop the person". In this text, the writer explains systematically that how to establish a scientific、valid encouraging mechanism for talented person according the analysis of the crisis of the small business enterprises talented person management.
