浅谈企业经营层业绩考核与评价

【内容摘要】

本文首先从概念上对国有企业经营者业绩评价的相关概念进行了界定,其次并对国内外企业经营者经营业绩评价现状进行了分析,指出了目前在企业经营者业绩评价中存在的不足和需要进一步研究的内容。

    最后,本文提出了建立企业经营者经营业绩评价指标体系经营者经营业绩考核的原则和要求出发,针对企业经营者的经营特点,确定了相关的企业经营者经营业绩进行考核的指标体系。
    因此本文的研究对于尚未成型的经营者业绩考评具有一定意义。

With the market economy growing rapidly and the drastic competition today, companies in our country are facing more pressure and challenge than ever before.However,the company’s performance do have a close relationship with their executives .From the view of HRM, my article is about to analyse the problems in the executives’performance evaluating now and discuss how to improve it .Also,my article is about to build a fair, scientific ,incentive and proper index systems to adpt to the changes in our economy .
Firstly, this paper defines the concept of the performance evaluation executives and managers, and secondly analyses the actuality of the performance evaluation for them both home and abroad, picks out the shortages in the recently research.
At last , it is the emphasis to build an evaluation index system for performance evaluation for the company execitives and managers. This paper builds annual and prefecture evaluation index system, thinking over the performance evaluation principles and needs.
So , it has a meaning for the research in this filed .
