人才流失与职业规划的关系

文章分为三个部分,第一部分介绍了人才流失的一些理论基础,已经高人才流失率对企业可能会造成的影响;

第二部分介绍了职业规划的理论基础,职业规划是否合理对企业和员工个人的影响以及职业规划的现状;第三部分是在前两部分的基础上,对人才流失与职业规划关系做出的分析。

The Relations between
Brain Draining and Career Planning

Abstract


Many enterprises have their further development affected greatly due to the lack of a system of human resource management to retain talent, as well as much attention paid to their sales income and development speed. In the 21 century, there is no doubt that the human resource is the most important resource. The talented person high draining rate can cause the cost crisis, the management crisis. To most employees, because of the lack of the career planning, they uncertain about what is beneficial to their career development direction, in order to find the direction. They have been switched to make new attempt, in this process will also waste a lot of time and energy.

The real win is a win-win situation, only when companies retain talent and the employees have a good career development themselves can be called a win-win situation. This paper probes the relations between brain draining and career planning, try to through probing the relations existing between brain draining and career planning to ease the talented high draining rate and improve the quality of employees’ career planning. 

The paper has there sections, in which the first section relates to the fundamental theories on the brain drain; problems can be caused by the high rate of brain drain and the current situation about brain drain. The second one relates to the fundamental theories on the career planning, the impacts that career planning is reasonable or not will cause to the enterprises and to employee themselves; the current situation about career planning. The third part analyzes the relations between brain drain and career planning according to the related theories.
