文章强调公平原则在薪酬管理中的重要性,并在研究薪酬战略,薪酬设计与薪酬公平三者关系基础上,探讨薪酬公平的内涵,并提出实现薪酬管理公平原则的途径。

   Study on the Fundamental of Equity in Compensation Management
        

Abstract:The fundamental of equity,which is one of the significant fundamentals in compensation management,has been neglected in the practice of compensation design.The paper emphasize the significance of the fundamental of equity in compensation mangement,probe into the connotation of equity on the base of study of the relations among compensation strategies,compensation design and equity.It also provides approaches to implement the fundamental of equity.
