浅析绩效管理中沟通的重要性

【内容摘要】

绩效管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是人力资源管理的核心。人力资源管理的其他方面几乎都和绩效管理有关。正是鉴于绩效管理的重要性,实施绩效管理就成为了组织的重要工作。

绩效沟通是是实施绩效管理的重要组成部分,沟通不良会使管理者和员工之间产生各种各样的摩擦,使绩效管理成为员工和管理者之间不断争执的话题。因此,绩效沟通的技巧成为每一位管理者必须掌握的管理技能之一。本文是笔者运用大学四年所学到的绩效管理相关理论知识和管理沟通实际操作的一次重要意义的探索。本文分三部分:第一部分对绩效管理的基本理论进行了阐述;第二部分着重强调了绩效管理中沟通的地必要性;第三部分对绩效沟通的方法和策略进行了诠释;第四部分在改善绩效沟通并提高绩效管理上提出建议。

[Abstract] Performance management is an importance of the Human Resource Management to constitute the part, is the core of human resource management. Other aspects of the human resource management almost have relation with the performance management. Exactly owing to importance of the performance management, the implement results management became the built-up key job. The performance communication is an important means that carries out the performance management, communicate badly will make of the governor and employee antinomy that produces various each kind, make the performance management become the topic that of the employee and governor argues continuously. Therefore, the technique of performance communications becomes one of the management technical abilities that each governor must control. This text is the writer usage university four years learn of performance manage a quest of important meaning that the related theories knowledge and the management communications operate physically. This text divides three parts: The first part carries on to elaborate to the basic theories that results manage; The second part give the importance of communications in performance management ;The third part to managed method and strategies of communication to carry on the annotation; The forth part puts forward the suggestion in improving the performance communication to combine the exaltation performance management.
