创新型人才培养课程体系与教学内容改革与研究
创新型人才的培养需要摒弃传统的“接受式学习”模式，建立新型的创新型人才课程培养体系，这个体系中老师不再是高高在上的教授者，而是发掘学生创新思维的引导者。通过让学生自己提出问题解决问题，培养他们的探究能力，教学的内容也不是旧的内容而是一些前沿知识、相关学科知识和人文社会科学、自然科学以及文化艺术等基础知识，并注重交叉学科的讲授。

Abstract: Cultivation of innovative talents need to abandon the traditional "accept learning mode”, to establish a new type of the innovative talents course training system, this system, the teacher is no longer a superior professor, but to explore students innovative thinking guide.
