非语言交际对中西方商务活动的影响

随着科学技术的迅猛发展，整个世界已逐渐成为一个地球村，世界各国间的交流也成为一个不可逆转的潮流。人们在日常生活中的交际方式有两种：言语和非言语交际。许多人很难意识到非言语交际的重要性及其潜力。除了语言交流，话语音调、眼神的交流、姿势、触摸及面部表情等都在交际中起着非常重要的作用。非言语交际在一定的文化背景产生，具有一定的文化差异性。非语言交际的重要性体现在它能够影响人们的交流，反映人们的思想，是语言交际的重要补充。它无所不在，源于文化又反映文化。学习一个国家的文化就不可忽视对它的非语言交际的研究。仅用本国的文化框架来解释他国的文化是行不通的。忽视这一点，就可能导致冲突和误解。由于中西方文化背景不同和交际准则不同，同时对非语言交际的了解又不多，在交际时容易产生不必要的误会，使得交际不能顺利进行。所以我们必须了解非语言交际。本文在非语言交际的分类、特性 、作用等做了简要阐述，从中得出非语言交际的重要影响，及如何来解决从中出现的问题。

Impact of the Nonverbal Communication between China and the West
           on Business Activities

Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, the world has become increasingly a global village. Communication between countries in the world has become an irreversible trend. There are two kinds of communication in people’s daily life: verbal communication and nonverbal communication. Most people are hardly aware of the importance of nonverbal communication and do not realize its potential. Besides the language, the nonverbal language such as tone of voice, eye movement, posture, touch, facial expressions and so on are also of vital importance to people’s daily communication. Nonverbal communication come out of a certain cultural background, having some of the cultural differences. Nonverbal communication can exert influences on people’s communication, reflect the people’s thoughts and complement the verbal communication. Nonverbal communication is universal. It is part of culture and a mirror of culture. Learning to communicate with another people from different culture means learning that culture’s nonverbal signals as well. It becomes imperative that people should not simply try to interpret messages of others with his or her local frames of reference. If people fail to handle this, it will inevitably cause conflicts or misunderstanding when two or more cultures encounter each other. Because of the differences between Chinese and west cultural backgrounds and communication standards, at the same time understanding of non-verbal communication is limited, it easily has unnecessary misunderstanding. Communication cannot be made smoothly. So we must learn nonverbal communication. This paper intends to give a general introduction of this discipline from its classification, characteristics, functions .. From these we can Summarized the important influence on non-verbal communication, and how to solve it.
