非营利组织及其在中国的发展

自20世纪60年代以来，非营利组织在世界各国得到了迅猛的发展，已经成为当今世界范围发展最快的领域之一。然而目前国内外对非营利组织的研究主要集中于组织的定义与分类，非营利组织与政府的关系以及慈善与志愿等问题上，对非营利组织发展存续的治理问题没有全面深入的探讨。因此，对非营利组织发展问题进行全面分析和深入论述，不仅有重要的理论价值，而且具有很强的现实意义。本文主要从三个大的方面对非营利组织进行探讨：第一部分简要阐释非营利组织并描述我国非营利组织的发展现状，从组织内部和外部环境两方面指出非营利组织在发展中存在的问题。第二部分从组织自身，政府，社会三个主体角度提出构建非盈利组织发展的思路。最后一部分强调非营利组织在中国的发展的重要性和现实可能性并对其未来发展进行展望。

The nonprofit organization and its development in China
 
Abstract：Since the 1960 s, the nonprofit organization has developed rapidly in the countries all over the world, it has become one of the world's fastest growing areas. However the research on non-profit organizations at home and abroad mainly focuses on the definition and classification of organization, the relationship between the nonprofit organization and the government, and the charity and voluntary and non-profit organization of the surviving governance problem no overall depth. Therefore, further discusses and the overall analysis on the non-profit organization, not only has important theoretical value, but also has the very strong practical significance. . This article is composed of three parts: part one expounds the basic theory of　ｎｐｏ，and describes the development of Chinese non-profit organizations. from the organization's internal and external environment in two aspects of non-profit organization points out problems existing in the development. The second part from organization oneself, government, and social three main body Angle is put forward measures for the development of the non-profit organization. The last part emphasizes the importance and possibility of the development of Chinese non-profit organizations and predicts its future development.
