中小型家族企业管理模式研究
伴随着全球经济一体化的逐步加强，各国经济联系与对外依赖程度的进一步增强，企业的生存发展面临着更为严峻的挑战。在这种宏观经济的条件下，民营企业却以其极强的生命力大量存在，民营家族企业特别是中小型的民营家族企业在现代经济社会中所占的比重越来越大，成为国家经济的重要组成部分，其经营活动已日益成为各国经济发展中的一股十分重要的力量。中小型家族企业具有顽强的生命力和竞争力，因为企业规模较小运作灵活，在创业初期表现出很强的适应性，大多都能取得辉煌的成就。然而随着企业规模的逐渐扩大，其弊端也不断显现。为了寻求企业的生存和发展空间，中小型家族企业就必须要依据自身的现有条件，去创新管理、变革管理、重构管理，进而设计出符合自身需要的管理模式。本文在分析总结现行中小型家族企业管理制度优势和劣势的基础上，以国内外大型家族企业的先进管理经验作参考，结合中小型家族企业的自身发展情况，从宏观角度研究家族企业如何利用优势，规避劣势，基于企业文化方面提出了基础较差的企业可以实行柔性管理模式来优化中小型家族企业治理结构，完善中小型家族企业的管理模式，以期对中小型家族式企业在管理决策方面提供帮助和支持。

Analysis on the Management Model of Small and Medium-sized Family Enterprises
ABSTRACT
With the development of the global economic integration, contacts among regions become more and more intense. Corporations will be confronted with severe challenges. But there are a lot of SMEs under this condition. The SMEs especially the small and medium-sized family enterprises will take a growing share of the modern economies and become a main part of socialism market economy. Their business activities will have an increasingly prominent role in the economic development of the future. The small and medium-sized family enterprises have tenacious vitality and strong competitive strength, especially during the start-up stage. Because during the early days, the family firm can adapt the requirements of the economic development quickly and it’s easy for them to be successful. But the shortage has appeared day by day. The small and medium-sized family enterprises must innovate, change and restructure their management system which is depending on their own situation in order to survive and develop themselves. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized family enterprises and use advance management experience for reference, this paper puts forward some advice for the small and medium-sized family enterprises to improve the management model. I hope this research can help the small and medium-sized family enterprises in management.
