在现在企业中,人已经成为企业发展最为重要的因素。而企业能否成功地建立和实施激励措施,激活人力资源,使员工的边际努力最大化,成为企业是否可以持续发展和赢得竞争的关键,然而摆在我们面前的现实是中小零售企业员工队伍极不稳定,员工流动频繁,导致组织的稳定性受到影响,创新能力越来越弱,可持续性发展面临挑战。本文以家家乐超市为例,具体分析中小零售企业在员工激励方面出现的问题以及如何针对激励方面的问题实施什么样的对策,来说明中小零售企业中小零售企业员工激励问题。
