集团企业人力资源管控模式的比较分析集团企业的人力资源管控已经成为母公司实现子公司管理的重要手段。集团企业在实践管理中不仅要实现母公司对子公司的人力资源控制,还要发挥集团人力资源的整体协同效应,获得协同效益,促进集团的良性发展。以集团总部价值创造为出发点,来研究集团总部在集团企业中的作用。对比分析集团企业人力资源管控模式,以达到更好的管理集团企业。

A Comparative Analysis of Human Resources Management and Control Model of Enterprise Group
 
Abstract: Enterprise Group human resources management and control has become a subsidiary of the parent company to achieve an important means of management. Enterprise Group practice management subsidiary of the parent company not only to achieve the human resource control, must be brought into the Group Human Resources of the whole co-effect, be synergistic benefits, and  to promote the sound development of the Group. Of the group headquarters in value creation as a starting point to the research group which based in the role of enterprise groups. Comparative Analysis of Enterprise Group human resources management and control model to achieve better management of enterprise groups.
