深圳盟浩电机产品质量控制与分析研究

在市场竞争的五大要素即品种、质量、价格、服务和交货期中，决定竞争胜负的要素是质量，要使产品有良好的质量，做好质量控制是必不可少的。为了使产品的质量能够适应市场需求，就要运用科学的工具和分析方法进行全面的、全过程的质量控制。本文从我国电机制造业产品质量和质量管理现状特别是深圳盟浩电机有限公司的产品质量现状出发，总结出企业面临的挑战和影响产品质量的因素。并且运用控制图、因果图等统计分析工具，结合相关理论知识，重点对深圳盟浩电机有限公司的原料控制、生产工艺控制和产成品的控制进行分析，进而对深圳盟浩电机有限公司的质量控制环节提出建议，并力争在深圳盟浩电机有限公司实现真正全面的、全过程的质量控制活动。

The Product Quality Control and Analysis Of
   Shenzhen Menghao Motor
 
 Abstract: The determining competitive outcome is quality among the five elements of the competition market, namely variety, quality, price, service and delivery. To make good quality products, good quality control is essential. In order to make the products' quality meet market demand, the scientific tools and analytical methods to conduct a comprehensive, full-process quality control must be used. This paper starts with the product quality of China's motor manufacturing and quality control, especially the product quality of Menghao Motor Co., Ltd. Shenzhen , it summs up the challenges facing the company and the factors that affect product quality. And the use of control charts, causal diagram and other statistical analysis tools, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge is essential .Emphasis on the analysis of Menghao Motor Co., Ltd. Shenzhen ,raw material control, production process control and control of finished products .And then make suggestions to the part of the quality control of Electric Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen and strive to achieve a truly comprehensive, the whole process of quality control activities.
