基于系统分析方法的我国中小企业知识管理研究
知识管理已经在发达国家中得到较普遍的应用，在我国大型企业中知识管理也已经开始进行深入的研究和应用，而且都从中得到许多好处，但是在我国中小企业中知识管理的应用还处于起步阶段，知识管理的观念意识还有待强化，领导的重视程度还有待提高，本文运用系统分析方法研究知识管理，根据知识管理在我国中小企业中的应用现状，分析出现的问题，提出对策，从各个方面分析知识管理对我国中小企业的重要作用，知识管理在我国中小企业中应用的未来前景，为知识管理在我国中小企业中得到较好的发展，促进我国中小企业的崛起做出有限的理论贡献。
