基于价值创造的集团人力资源管理模式探讨


随着企业集团在国内的迅速发展,集团公司如何通过总部创造价值以及集团总部与其独立经营单位之间价值创造关系应如何达到最佳配置日益引起各界关注。集团公司存在的理由在于可以通过集团总部发挥更高的价值创造功能。然而,从实际情况看,不少集团总部非但没有创造更多的价值,反而破坏和侵蚀了整体价值,本文从集团公司人力资源的定位,模式以及集团公司如何发挥集团优势而创造价值提供多角度的论述与分析。

Based on Value Creation Group Human Resources Management Model
 
Abstract: With the rapid development of the Group in China,Group how to create value through the headquarters and the relationship between the value-creating activities of the Group headquarters and its independent business units should be how to achieve the best allocation which are increasely causing concern. Reason of the groups exist lie in through the Group’s headquarters giving a higher value creation capabilities. However, actually, a number of the Group Headquarts, rather than creating more value, they undermine and erode the overall value.This paper provide multiple perspectives of discourse and analysis from the positioning of human resources group,mode, and how to play the Group advantage.
