个人信息立法保护现状研究

本文分为四个部分：第一部分是对于个人信息的定义和其价值的研究，说明网络环境下个人信息的具体体现，讨论分析个人信息的作用和用途，以及其价值所在。第二部分分析说明个人信息法律保护的主体，明确法律保护的重点所在。分析我国个人信息法律的作用以及必然趋势。第三部分列举个人信息受到侵害的例子，引出论文的主题，对于当前的形式进行分析说明，另外分析国内外关于个人信息法律保护的情况，通过对比，比较得出国内和国外法律保护的不同，为我国的个人信息法律保护提供一定的参考借鉴。第四部分提出对我国网络个人信息法律保护的建议，表达希望我国网络个人信息受到保护的意愿。

ABSTRACT

 There are four section of the article as follows: Section 1 mainly concerns about the researching of the personal information’s definition and worth, described the personal information in Internet, and described the use besides the worth. Section 2 mainly talks about the main body of personal information’s law protected, and specifying the key point. At the same time, discusses the tide of personal information’s law protection. Section 3 gives a series of examples about infracting the security of the personal information to lead the article to the topic. And analyze the current at the moment. In addition we compare what difference between our country and the foreign country. By comparing, we get something. Section 4 gives some advice about the network personal information’s protection of our country，express the hope that our network personal information would be protected.
