中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题分析


随着经济日益全球化和市场竞争的加剧,人力资源在企业管理中起着举足轻重的作用,尤其是对中小企业来说更是如此。中小企业在激烈的市场竞争中应针对其优势与劣势,合理地进行人力资源开发与管理。近年来,我国大批中小企业经营发展成功与失败的案例向我们揭示了这样一个道理:中小企业的核心竞争力往往是由其所拥有的人才质量决定。中小企业在人才经营工作中如何走出误区,正确处理好“选才、用才、育才、留才”等问题是生死攸关的大事。中小企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中生存发展,必须注重人力资源的管理,树立以人为本的管理理念。从而才能提高企业的人力资源竞争优势,实现企业的可持续发展。本文通过对国内中小型企业人才经营现状的分析提出了现今我国中小企业在人才经营方面存在的主要问题,在发现这些问题之后,本文同时剖析了这些问题的主要原因,并据此提出了解决这些问题的相应对策,使企业改善人力资源管理状况,提高企业的竞争力。

Abstract
With the economic globalization and market competition intensifies, human resources in enterprise management plays an important role, especially for small and medium-sized enterprise that is even more so. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the fierce competition in the market should be aimed at its advantage and disadvantage, reasonably in human resource development and management. In recent years, China's large number of small and medium-sized business development success and failure case reveals to us such a truth: small and medium-sized enterprise core competitiveness usually consists of owned talent quality decision. Small and medium-sized enterprises in talent management work, how out of misunderstanding to correctly handle the "choose only, use and teach, to stay only a" question is a matter of life and death. Small and medium-sized enterprises want to in the fierce market competition, we must pay attention to the survival and development of human resource management, establish people-oriented management concept. In order to improve enterprise human resources competitive advantage and realize the sustainable development of the enterprises. This article through to the domestic smes talent management the analysis of the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China put forward today in talent management aspects in, the main problems of finding these problems, this paper also analyzes the after the main reasons of these problems, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems, causes the enterprise to improve human resource management status, will enhance the enterprise the competitive ability.
