新进员工入职培训中的问题及对策分析在现代企业里,培训的重要性可以说是无与伦比,有句流行的话叫做培训是最好的福利,可略见一斑。入职培训是人力资源管理中非常重要的一节。专业技能的缺乏以及合格劳动力的短缺使得员工的保留问题成为人力资源管理的当务之急。有研究显示,新员工入职后的前三个月是员工离职最多发的时期。每一个新员工上岗之前都应该得到岗前培训,这关系到员工进入工作状态的快慢和对自己工作的真正理解以及对自我目标的设定。这种培训一般由人事主管和部门主管进行,除了对工作环境的介绍和同事间的介绍之外,最重要的是对企业文化的介绍,包括企业的经营理念,企业的发展历程和目标,通俗地讲,就是告诉新员工我们公司是什么样的一个企业,我们的辉煌历史如何,我们在同业之间的地位如何,谁是我们最主要的竞争对手,我们想把公司带到什么地方去等等,告诉员工我们想做什么,这很重要。然而,与着重于组织社会化的预备阶段的现实性工作预览不同的是,入职培训计划重视社会化过程的遭遇阶段,新员工在本阶段将会认识组织中的工作与生活情况。

Abstract
In the modern enterprise, the importance of training is unmatched, there is a popular words called training is the best welfare. Orientation is very important in human resource management. The lack of professional skills and the shortage of qualified of workers make it become top priority for workers to retain human resource management. Studies have shown that the first three months when the new employees enter in is the period of the most frequent employee turnover. Every new employee before posting should get pre-job training, which relates to the work state that employees have access to their work ,responds to really understand there work and to self target setting. Such training is general operated by the personnel director and director of the department, in addition to the introduction of work environment and the introduction between colleagues, the most important is to introduce the enterprise culture , including the enterprise the management idea, enterprise development course and the target, generally speaking, is to tell new employees, our company is what kind of a enterprise, our brilliant history and how we were in the same position between corrivals, who is our main competitors and what is the development prospects of the company , tell the staff what we wanted to do, which is very important. However, compared with focusing on organization of the reality of the socialization preparation work preview, orientation program pay attention to the socialization process encountered stage, in which new employees will recognize the working and living conditions of the organization.
